That’s how Atlas in Search of the Sanctuary of Knowledge was born: a novel I carried with me through cold coffees, lonely subways, and the bittersweet truth that sometimes, to keep growing, you have to leave the place you love most.

I wrote it while living in Seoul, where I spent months researching how people from abroad were really feeling. That’s where the seed of the story took root: this quiet, universal pain of leaving home to find something you can’t yet name.
I wrote every word. I illustrated every page. And now it’s on its way to being published. A slow, strange, beautiful process of turning something deeply personal into something (hopefully) universal.

This book wasn’t made to be polished.
It’s a bruise in ink and color. A little sanctuary for anyone who’s ever had to leave in order to begin again.
