My role: Socializing the campaign
A runway show. A full collection. A top designer. And not a single new garment.
That was the bold concept: sneak Wallapop into high fashion without telling anyone. Every look was sourced from second-hand pieces on the app. We styled, elevated, and showcased them on the runway as if they were brand new.
The audience applauded. Press took notes. Fashion editors praised it. No one realized the garments had already lived a previous life until we revealed the twist after the show. This wasn’t just a collaboration. It was a statement. Circular style isn’t just acceptable, it’s runway-worthy. We didn’t tell people second-hand is cool; we let them believe it was luxury, then flipped the script.
The idea was simple: if no one notices it’s second-hand, maybe the problem isn’t the clothes, it’s the mindset.
And just like that, we made the quietest show the loudest.
